Kathy Leung has the best response to J.K. Rowling’s anti-trance tweets.

Katie Leung, who played Cho Chang in the Harry Potter films, got the best response after J.K. Rowling caused a protest by exchanging anti-spreading comments on Twitter.

Conflicting tweets by the famous author, in which the title of a Twitter article contains a sentence about menstruating people, were immediately picked up by the opposite reaction, and many of them were described as raspy transphobia.

As a result, some have criticised Rowling for portraying black, Asian and ethnic minorities in Harry Potter books, and many have criticised the author for mentioning his main Asian character Cho Chang.

Cho Chang set the trend, and Katie, who plays a character in the Harry Potter book adaptation, got the best response to recent Rowling tweets.

With her support to the Black Lives Matter movement and the LGBTQ+ community, Kathy sent a message: You want me to think about Cho Chang? Okay, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go. (Wires chattering).

She continued to share her ties with a number of charities and petitions in support of black transvestites and the black LGBTQ+ community, including the British Black Pride.

You want to know what I think of Cho Chang? Okay, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go.

Katie followed her hashtag wire: # AsiansForBlackLives

All the fans were in favor of Katie’s reaction, and one of them reacted to her thread: Did she… Did she really cancel the rowing without even talking about it? It’s Ravenclaw! Cho Chang would be proud!

Many praised Kathy’s incredible reaction and greeted her as the queen with a single fan-tweet: Madam, you’ve dropped your [Crown].

Their contribution came after Rowling published a headline that was read: Word of advice: Creating a fairer world for menstruating patients after the 19th century

People who have their period. I’m sure there was a word for these people. Somebody help me. Bellies? Eyelash? Woomud?

J.K. wrote that he didn’t know that sentence: People who have their period. I’m sure there was a word for these people. Somebody help me. Bellies? Eyelash? Woomud?

It has been criticized for being a transphobic, and many have stated that menstruation does not only occur in same-sex women, prompting Rowling to tweet again.

she says: If the sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction. When sex is not real, the reality of women’s lives around the world is erased, she wrote.

I respect the right of every transsexual person to live as he or she feels authentic and comfortable. I’d go with you if you were discriminated against because you’re a transvestite. At the same time, my life has been shaped by the fact that I am a woman. I don’t think people hate that.

– J.K. Rowling (@jk_rowling) 6. June 2020.

I know and love transsexuals, but deleting the term sex deprives many people of the opportunity to discuss their lives in a meaningful way. Telling the truth isn’t hate.

The idea that women like me, who have been sympathetic to transsexuals for decades and feel connected because they are as vulnerable as women – that is, to male violence – hate transsexuals because they believe that sex is real and has vital consequences, is absurd.

I respect the right of every transsexual person to live as he or she feels authentic and comfortable. I’d go with you if you were discriminated against because you’re in a trance.

At the same time, my life was shaped by the fact that I was a woman. I can’t believe I hate to say this.

It’s not the first time Rowling has fallen into the fire because of his position in relation to transsexuals. Last year she was accused of being a TERF (Trans-Exclusionist Radical Feminist) after she tweeted in support of Maya Forstater, a researcher who was fired for tweeting that men cannot turn into women.

The term TERF first appeared in 2008 and is used to describe feminists who share views considered by some to be transformative.
